Very good working environments with helpful supervisors. Some of the employees tend to get in arguments, but overall a very good company. Sometimes management can seem overloaded and lack of complete control can be felt, but I personally think each agent should bare in mind client expectations. Pros Very Helpful. Purposeful tech and real people—they make a great team. Some of the supervisors and members of the recruitment team are not adept in handling applicants. They tend to impress themselves instead the applicants. That really surprises me. I know a person who worked at IQOR told me that some of the managers and supervisor are egoistically maniac that's why he left the company. Worse management, not a friendly place to work with.
